Board Meeting Summary November 24, 2020
The Board approved the 2021 budget as presented.
Five separate policies relating to board meetings were combined into one policy: Appearance of Interested Members, Attendance via Conference Call, Date of Meetings, Decisions, and Open Meetings.
A new policy outlining director’s service on industry association boards and committees was approved.
General Manager Tony Schacher reported that effective January 4, 2021, Salem Electric office hours will be Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. This change was implemented based on the call volume experienced and positive member feedback after revising our daily hours of operation last September.
